Today’s the day.
A campaign I’ve poured my heart and soul into for over a decade — years of relentless activism, heartbreak, and hope — has finally reached its end. The Miami Seaquarium, a place that left me shattered in a million pieces, is at last shutting its doors as we know it.
This place stood as a symbol of cruelty disguised as entertainment — a prison for beings who deserved freedom, dignity, and life.
This moment, one I’ve dreamed of for so long, has left me lost for words. Yet my heart still beats for Tokitae — and for every single soul who suffered and died in the name of profit.
So long, Miami Seaquarium — and good riddance.
