Carters Steam Fair is famous for a large collection of working vintage fairground rides and vintage transport dating from the 1890s to the 1960s, all of which have been loving restored using traditional signwriting techniques and fairground styles.
We spent a couple of hours studying the beautiful examples of authentic fairground art and traditional sign writing. Everything was top-notch and it was quite evident that they take great pride in their beautiful fair.
