Facebook frames, videos, and graphics were created for the Until Lolita is Home campaign, which generated a giant wave of awareness across social media and advertised the virtual online event on August 8th for Lolita; an orca held captive at the Miami Seaquarium.
August 8th marks the unfortunate anniversary of Lolita’s capture from the wild.
Fifty-one years ago, her life changed forever.
Lolita is without her family, without the changing of the seasons and the turning of the tides. Unable to swim great distances, unable to catch fish. She has had everything taken away from her, everything but her strength and determination.
All we have is our voice, so let us use it to tell anyone who will listen about Lolita’s life.
